It’s No Instant Coffee

Affiliate marketing is no super lotto.Do not expect to be a millionaire over night.I always suggest to start humbly and try to learn things with your personal experience.That’s the best way to learn things.It’s too big a thing to learn overnight or by reading few eBooks.

The Secret Is There Is No Secret

Trust me, there is absolutely no secret.It’s possible for all of us to do as good as the super affiliates.But, as I’ve said earlier it’ll take lots of hard work and time to reach anywhere near that milestone.But,if you follow certain procedure with dedication then it’s very much possible to be there.

Don’t Bit Off More Than You Can Chew

There is a temptation for the new affiliate to go for many affiliate programs.Often they end up signing with 20-25 affiliate programs.And then start promoting all of them,after sometime when they don’t see the desired result,which is only natural,they give up.The biggest favor you can do to yourself is by sticking to tree to five affiliate programs for first six to ten months.Then when you start to see the success,gradually go for few more.Never sign up for all the affiliate programs that you come across that offers a decent commission.

Going Only For The Money

While choosing an affiliate program newbie tends to give more importance on the amount of commission.While this is one of the important issues to consider before joining an affiliate program,it should  not be the only consideration.You need to take many things into account before joining any affiliate programs,like niche,quality,popularity of the product,competition in that market and more things should be taken into consideration.

Not Following Up

You won’t get any success with affiliate marketing if you fail to be disciplined.You should be able to follow a schedule religiously for your affiliate marketing.The success with affiliate marketing is all about continuous experimentation.You’ll have to be seriously involved in the process.Everyday you should track your performance and if necessary have to make alteration in those campaigns.If you fail to follow up your campaigns then there is no point getting into affiliate marketing.
